So said AP, when Turner Gill received votes for coach of the year.
It ran a correction, but some places like TV stations still have it on their websites along with ... ohhh... MSNBC and, umm, ESPN....

I read the thread's title and I was like WTF?

I was the biggest Kendall Gill fan when I was in high school. I have no idea why, other than I was a big Big 10 fan. I actually had a Gill Charlotte Hornets jersey and a Gill Seattle Sonics jersey.

    Yes. I'm a loser.

    Same here.

    No jerseys though.

Loved the way he dunked a ball.......very hard, and almost always off his head.

How did Brady Hoke get 100% more votes than Kendall when Kendall cleaned Brady's clock ?

So, what you are saying is that winning on the field is important in college football?

Brady Hoke didn't fumble twice in the red zone for touchdowns the other way

True, but he's fat, old and out of eligibility.

Some guys who I feel should not have votes... Brian Kelly. Paul Johnson, well not five at least. Why no love for JOEPA?

Kelly did a hell of a job - won a BCS conference using four QBs and primarily relying on his third-stringer.
