Competitve high school bass fishing

    It's coming to a school near you ... well, if you live in or around Illinois anyways.

    I'm looking forward to the rock-paper-scissors state finals.

    All of the above suggestions (fishing, hunting, RPS) will have four classes so we can crown more regional, sectional and state champions while we're at it.

    If you're covering the hunting, I'd highly recommend doing it from the press tent. Not one where you want to be down on the field of play.

    But you can't get a feel for the action sitting there. You must be down on the field or you're not doing your job.

    we ignore the ESPN bass shit when it comes through here, why would we even consider covering high schoolers doing the same damn thing?
