Don't know anything about this paper, other than it must be on the small side and is part of a Northwest regional chain:

Community news/sports reporter sought for weekly community newspaper. Excellent entry-level position. This position covers local news and features, outdoor recreation and youth sports through regular contact with educators. Must be able to develop story ideas, take photographs, design pages, develop sources, prepare website updates, and work in a cooperative team environment. Journalism education and/or experience required. Full-time position offering health and retirement benefits.Send resume, clips and letter of interest.

You're on the eastern side of the state in remote hunting/fishing grounds...small-school high school coverage. Probably not a bad gig for the right person, but this one is not for everyone. Definitely has a small-town feel...it's pretty isolated if you're used to cities, but if you like country this might be a good fit.
