Colo. sports editor hurt at football game (updated: how you can help page 4)

    Even the schools big enough to have "ample room" in their press box usually don't. Not after you factor in assistant coaches for both teams, the PA announcer, the clock operator and radio crews for one or both teams.

    See, I've covered very few HS games in which coaches were in the press box.

    I'd say half the games I've covered have assistant coaches in the press box. The other half wlll get up in the crow's nest above most press boxes.
