The president is Herbet Hoover

 

Spnited is right, Herbert Hoover, 31 years, I think. Carter and Clinton will probably beat that record.

 

my only guess is willis carrier, founder of the Carrier Corp., namesake of the Carrier Dome.

Beano Cook said eight years of Hoover is like four years of a third or fourth cousin of mine who did a good job of destroying Pitt Athletics in the mid-80s.

 

Not the Carrier Dome, which I think is named after the company, not a specific person.

I know SMU named their football field after Gerald Ford, and I was pretty sure there was a basketball arena named that also.......

Yeah.....I'll say Gerald Ford.
