    Which the kid and his coach were apparently trying to do long-term. That 'low scorer not on a qualifying team' rule is part of the NCAA and NJCAA, but not in the NAIA, and coaches have, as the athletic director at St. Francis tells it, have been trying to get it changed for years. Like the method or not, this forces the issue.
