The best part of it is that the guy admits he'd been plotting it for a year.

It was mostly good, clean fun until the very end, when the Bobcat gives a clear and pre-meditated nut shot to Brutus.

Last time me and my brother got into a serious fight was when he tried to back-heel me in the balls for no reason. If I was Brutus, I'd have whooped that dude's ass, or died trying. There's never an excuse to go for the pills.

That's awesome. Guy was having a little fun while his team was embarrassed on the field. Bravo for him!

So, he punched him in his buckeyes.

Also, great post-mortem line from Ohio U. coach Frank Solich:

"Obviously we needed to tackle the guy with the ball, not the mascot."

Do you think the Ohio State players were confused during the game when their fans kept cheering "O-H-I-O". Do you think they thought the fans were cheering for the Bobcats, and so it encouraged them to try harder.

    I've always wondered this.

Well, in reality, the whole thing happened before the game began.

And, the whole thing backfired. The Bobcat football team was so distracted that they ended up narrowly losing to the Buckeyes.

Nothing like the famed Script Ohio saluting your opponent!

Ohio fans did a "U" cheer with their arms at the end of the O-H-I-O cheers. That began during the 2008 game when Ohio led going into the fourth quarter. They brought it back last week. It did not bring them the same luck this time around.
