    I would love to disagree you on this, but...yeah. At least it isn't 2008-bad, when football in the state of Washington as a whole (especially WSU and UW) was putrid.
    Had the then-AD at WSU swung for the fences and capitalized on the 2001 and 2002 seasons when replacing Mike Price, I think things would have been far different. Such is life. The last halfway decent Coug team was the 2006 squad, which entered November 6-3 and ranked No. 25 before collapsing.

    Torn ACL for Alabama safety Vinnie Sunseri. Out for the year.

    Big loss. Maybe Alabama's most important player after AJ McCarron, CJ Mosley and Cyrus Kouandjio.
