Got to admit, I'm slightly impressed with Bob Davie. The Lobos are 4-3. It's a really weak 4-3 (wins over Southern, Tx State, Hawaii and New Mexico State). But a year removed from getting pants by everyone not named UNLV, it's impressive.

Speaking of UNLV, how long does Bobby Hauck have to hit the jackpot?

When did he take over (I know I could look it up, but too lazy).

In his third year, I think. At least they're consistently representing at home, now, which is an improvement. They continue to be embarrassing no-shows when away from the Silver Bowl.

Yes, Georgia Tech is 2-4, but they're still an ACC school, which means they shouldn't be getting dumptrucked by three touchdowns by a Sun Belt team, much less in Atlanta. As an MTSU alum, I hope they can at least give a good game, if not win, but I'm also realistic. Mississippi State should win if they don't really look past the Blue Raiders.

Kansas State @ West Virginia should be interesting.

ASU +9 vs. Oregon tonight? Tempting.

I know this doesn't mean jack, but Adam Kramer of the Kegs N Eggs blog, and Bleacher Report, has done video game simulations this year. Over the past 25 simulations, the game is 22-3, including picking Oklahoma to dumptruck Texas and Texas Tech to beat WVU convincingly last week.

It has ASU beating Oregon tonight. Has LSU beating A&M 44-3, which is....well...ok. Has a few other upsets, but I can't pull them off the top of my head right now.

Are you 22-3 over your last 25?

Eh. Prolly a stay-away game for me.

I hope South Carolina defeats Florida. I also hope these pigs continue to fly out of my ass.
