    Chizik is getting real close to becoming the first coach in at least 60 years (only went back to 1950) with a national title and a career losing record. Bobby Ross retired two games over .500 (and his was a split title in 1990).

    I have to disagree on this one. Brown's success at Tulane and North Carolina, even before what he's done at Texas, means he's not the choice for this "honor".
