As a Big Ten alumn, I would have loved to see Pitt join. But that wouldn't have added TV markets...

Eh, I just think of terms of being competitive in key sports, academically and logistically, Missouri would fit much better with the Illinois' and Michigan's and Iowa's of the world than it does with the SEC schools.

Missouri's fan base is much more SEC than Big 10. The southern half of the state is just an extension of northern Arkansas.

Also, the checks are bigger in the SEC.

And they've also got a chance to be a basketball power in the SEC in a way they haven't been since the early 80s.

Vad Lee of Georgia Tech is worse at running the option than the guy from Wake Forest (Tanner Price). Option works well when your offensive line can actually block the opposing defenders. But when the defense is in your own backfield half the time, not so much.

  7. * Like LSU to win and cover at Georgia.
    * Think Florida wins but Kentucky covers (13) against Florida. UF 0-3 ATS so far, just lost starting QB, best defensive player.
    * Like Ole Miss to cover against Alabama. Alabama's defense is not a typical Nick Saban unit.

Did anyone ever see Texas A&M (-3) at Arkansas posted anywhere?

I think Sonner said it's in the 15- to 17-point range.

But it originally opened at 3 (supposedly) went off for a while, and is now back on at anywhere from 14 to 15.5
Just curious to see if anyone got in at 3.
