Not sure what vendetta the Ragin Cajuns have against Ohio, but it was worth calling timeout with under 90 seconds left to set up a passing touchdown and make it 49-14.

Not only that, but don't they have the "Boilermaker Special" train that toots its way around West Lafayette on game day? Love it.

Almost got hit by it! Was charmed to death by it!

(I married an IU grad, so I don’t mention how charmed I was by Purdue during my pre-marriage trip. It’s like an ex for me.)

As an Ohio fan, I now know what Nebraska has felt for the last 20 years. I want my football grandpa, Frank Solich, back.

Purdue is underrated in general. West Lafayette wasn’t awful when I was there years ago. Fight song has a nice beat to it. Purdue Pete’s kinda weird looking but then again a conference rival has a lion that wears a scarf under its skin.

I had a hell of a night in the Boiler Room probably 20 years ago when I was there to cover a basketball tournament. Wonder if it's still there ...

I wonder if Valhalla is still at Rice. Had a helluva time there thirtysome years ago. Don't remember much of it, but it was fun.
