This was probably discussed on the other thread, but did Ohio State get downgraded by the committee for losing its QB? And if it beats Wisconsin without him, does that address that issue and put the Buckeyes in the final four?

OK, last one of these. I knew I should have bet the farm on OSU...damn.

    Dammit, they threw a pass.

Of course it was a 27-yard completion.

It's insane that OSU has 3QBs that are better than ANY QB UW has.

At this point, it looks like it's coming down to the Baylor-TCU decision. Florida State is going to need 60 points to win based off what we've seen so far.

They'll soon have 4. Look up Joe Burrow.

This is for DD who played linebacker:

Couldn't you put trust in the corners and bring 9 and 10 guys on a blitz every play to disrupt Tech? I don't get how FSU can't stop this.

If you Blitz 9/10 players and QB comes up throwing your fucked. Also fucked if FB happens to get by blitz. He's
not stopping till he gets to the end zone.

I think the biggest problem is that teams are not used to defending triple option anymore. This used to the norm
    instead of exception.

Biggest problem in defending it is that you have to account for FB every play. This means you have to commit an
inside LB to that task which then leaves you outnumbered on the edge.

You know what though, it's Georgia Tech and GT QBs aren't throwers. You've got to trust that your more athletic corners do their job so the 8-9 blitzers can get up in it.

    And Jameis is locked in.

Helps that FSU'S O-line is making GT's line look like it's in junior high.

Yeah but do you remember the play where they sent their Z on a post and wheeled their WB? OLB picked him up but it was still 40 yd completion. If OLB blitzes with out accounting for WB it leaves him wide open
