Tied up 10-10 with 2:13 to go in Starkvegas. Surprised by the offensive explosion tonight.

My prediction: 13-10 Ole Miss in 4 OTs.

Yet more evidence of how great and deep the SEC is.

Great ending. MSU scores on 4th down in OT, then Ole Miss fumbles it away on what looked like a sure TD.

    Blitz's Bulldogs are Birmingham-bound!

Scoring question on that last play: Should it have been a safety?
The guy had possession and ran out of the end zone on his own. I know if he takes a knee it's a touchback, and he's allowed to go out on a kickoff. Not sure what the rule is on a turnover if the player then runs out of the end zone.
Doesn't make a difference in the outcome, obviously. Just curious what the rule is.

    Nope. Touchback.

So basically, as long as he never crosses the goal line, he can run backward all day, up to the concourse if he wants?

    Yep

Actually, I think in overtime, in that situation, the ball is dead and the game is over at that point once the turnover is secured.

Might be BS, but it's extremely popular BS.

This is correct. Dead ball and game over if the team with the lead secures a fumble or interception.

    Also correct.
