Baylor on pace to score 24 points tonight.

That was some unbelievably shitty officiating on the non-targeting targeting foul in the OU-Baylor game just now.

Well, the Baylor DB did taunt a guy who was out cold on the field. So at least one personal foul was justified.

Tough TD to give up there at the end of the half...24-5 Baylor.

On another note...Why does Petros keep yelling at me?

    They got that one right.

But not only was that hit not targeting, that was a completion and a fumble, not an incomplete pass. It's also not against the rules to take your helmet off on the field during a dead ball timeout.

Oh, and I forgot the roughing the passer call on OU that was pretty shitty as well.

Stanford giving Oregon the business. 14-0 early in the second quarter.

Shayne Skov just made the defensive play of the year with a tackle-strip-recovery of DeAnthony Thomas. Ball never hit the ground.

I said earlier this week I saw Oregon winning by three touchdowns. Now I'm thinking Stanford does. Holy crap, is this impressive -- they stopped a fourth down inside the 5 and they forced a fumble inside the 5.

EDIT: OK on review the ball hit the ground and Skov yanked it away one-armed. Still impressive as hell, though.

    That play was ridiculous.

Stanford's defense is damn good and their offense doesn't make mistakes. Oregon is still definitely in this, but they really need to tighten up and stop the errors.

As someone who currently lives in South Louisiana, it's fun watching a well-coached team.

Also, I just realized there was an NFL game on tonight.

Wow, Stanford up 17-0 at half. Never saw that one coming.

Home clock operator can't let the clock reach :00 in that situation. Cardinal bailed out by defensive penalty.

Cardinal D really tightens the screws in the red zone.

And their O-Line is absolutely pushing Oregon backward on every snap.

I could watch this every week.
