Notwithstanding the two in-state rivalry games, SDSU-Minnesota may be the best game of the lot.

My betting picks for the weekend:

    Colorado State +13 over Colorado
Ohio State -27 vs. Florida Atlantic
    Mississippi State -21 vs. Louisiana-Lafayette
    South Alabama +36.5 at Nebraska
    Georgia Southern +27.5 at LSU
    Middle Tennessee +34 at Michigan
    Virginia -2.5 at Pittsburgh

I liked Georgia Southern a lot better when the line was at 28. That was one of those ones where you get the ticket and then realize you've lost the half-point.
If I've learned anything from this message board, it's to be wary of picking Virginia, but I needed a third night game for a parlay and none of the others jumped off the page at me.
And I'm a little worried about picking a handful of road dogs, but I think the numbers are at the right spots.

I see lots of people on the CSU bandwagon. Can't disagree. But when I see it like I have .... it tends to go the other way.

UVA-Pitt should also be a good one, if not for entertainment value then at least for division title implications down the line. Sure, it’s a battle to decide who loses to Clemson, but it’s still something.

I imagine the person most surprised he's still at Colorado State is Mike Bobo - and not in a good way.

What a lazy article. The reason given is that he is difficult to work with. How do we know this? Because SI quotes a source with "deep ties" to college football. Namely, Booger McFarland. There has got yo be some back stories that SI could have presented.

Oh, he’s hard to work with.

The story doesn’t make effort to prove it because it’s designed as a Greg Schiano “see, he’s not that much of a prick” piece.

Batman, I might be tempted to take the other side of your Ohio State-Florida Atlantic bet, although I know taking big points in college football is a fast track to bankruptcy.

    Houston @ Oklahoma: OVER 82.5----Riley + Holgorsen= OVER
    Nicholls State (+23.5 ) @ Kansas State----Bill U couldn't score in a whorehouse with a fistful of hundreds.
Georgia Tech (+37) @ Clemson----A conference opponent getting 37? Yes please.
Indiana State (+4.5) @ Kansas----It's the Sycamores vs. the Suckamores.
Wyoming (+17.5) vs Missouri----Always bet the double digit home dog.
