    With better coaching and system. You watch Smith go through his progression and he see's every receiver.

    If West Virginia had stayed in the Big East, it could be a national championship contender. Tougher schedule in the Big 12 (which is really the Big Ten, but apparently no one's counting). Had a publisher at my last shop who was a WVU grad and we'd talk football regularly. Never have seen a man smile so broadly as he did the day after the Orange Bowl.

    Question for Cosmo, Moddy and other Hokies and those familiar with the program: Does it bother you that Journell was back out there? Do you think Beamer let Thomas sneak it a few times to avoid the awkwardness of Journell being the hero in his first game back?
