    If you're watching the IU-Minnesota game -- and I know none of you are -- Minnesota's QB just surrendered the worst sack in the history of college football. He did a Wile E. Coyote backward run about 20 yards before getting tackled.

    Finally finding a running back who can be productive -- Anthony Elzy -- has made a huge difference for the Tar Heels. Before his emergence, there was no reason to respect UNC's running game. Now that is opening up the passing game as well.

    UNC also is getting all the breaks, including a phantom roughing-the-passer penalty against the Hurricanes.
