I like Mich. St. this week. Also think that's a lot of points for Washington to give, home game or not.

NC State can give Clemson a game. Wake Forest can win at FSU. And Virginia ... might have to load up on the ACC dogs.

Nebraska as a favorite, even at home to Minny, seems shaky.

My mediocre Hoosiers folded badly last week at home to Iowa and now get Penn State. Lay the 14.

I have been known to mix up plus/minus on these in the past, but that one is correct.

I guess they figure Ohio State gets ratings regardless and they couldn't wrest Michigan-Michigan State away from Fox.

Not sure why they didn't go with NC State-Clemson, given that it's the only battle of unbeatens this week.

Duke is probably good and UVA almost certainly isn't, and the game is at Duke. Makes sense to me.

or Michigan-Michigan State given the rivalry.

    UVa beat Miami
Virginia Tech accepted a ridiculous gift from UNC that was a win
    Virginia Tech beat Duke handily
    Virginia Tech lost to ODU
ODU would probably lose to half the high school teams in the 757

Virginia should not be an eight-point dog.

I mean, it's high, but talent-wise, UVA is the worst team in the Coastal, and it's not especially close. Moving forward, they'll be favored against Liberty and maybe UNC if their season continues down the toilet, but that's it. Duke laid an egg at home against the Hokies, but they're a good team.

That's why the Miami game was so huge for UVA's season. Pitt will run the ball down their throat. UNC has much better talent, although they need a whole office full of therapists to help them deal with their problems. GT is mediocre, but they're tough at home, and that offense is a terrible matchup for UVA's nonexistent depth in the front seven. VT is VT - no chance there. If UVA had lost the other night, they would have had to throw a lot of aces to bowl this year.
