Florida to play at LSU on Nov. 19. Gators lose two home games this year but get consecutive visits by LSU in 2017 and 2018.

As a Gator alum, I don't like giving up the home game. But if I get to pick up LSU at home next year, not all bad. Should be a heater team next year.

Florida also won a promise that this year's game would not be at night, although that was easy enough to guarantee. Unless it wanted to show a non-conference massacre, CBS' only other choices that day were Arkansas-MSU, Ole Miss-Vandy or Tennessee-Mizzou. Woof.

Not a good showing so far for Luhville in the Pervis-Amaker Memorial Bowl.

Mississippi State, which is congenitally unable to get out of its own way, somehow is taking BYU to overtime.

Rushing the field after beating MSU ought to end the Cougars' Big 12 dreams on the spot.

It's a Friday night in Provo. What other trouble will those kids get into?

They'd also lost several close games this year. I don't have a problem with them rushing the field.

And why does anyone care about that anyway?
