    Yes.

I think Michigan, Ohio State, Alabama and Oregon all cover this week, with extreme prejudice.

It does. App beat ODU 49-0 last year in Norfolk.

I don't think Michigan will cover. UCF has a decent QB and has had plenty of talent the last 3-4 years.

Only give me teams that did NOT cover last week against teams that did cover.

Northern Illinois +15 at SO FLORIDA
MISS ST -6.5 vs South Carolina
    UCLA -26 vs Unlv
    Wazzu +11 at BOISE ST
    MIZZOU -24 vs Eastern Michigan
    USC -16 vs Utah St.

George Welsh is a similar figure at UVA. Difference is that the Wahoos haven't even found a Ferentz to replace him.

Fry went to three Rose Bowls. Iowa was ranked No. 1 in the middle of the 1985 season. How many other Big Ten teams besides Michigan and Ohio State have done that since?

And two of those Rose Bowls were with an 8-3 regular season. Yay!

That season they reached No. 1, they finished 10th. That was the highest finish ever under Fry. Ferentz's teams have finished higher than that five times.

So, what great heights did Iowa reach under Fry that it didn't under Ferentz? Do you have a point here? It's often difficult to tell.

Penn State got to No. 1 for a week in 1994.
The fact only four Big Ten teams have done it in 30 years might speak more to the lack of parity in the Big Ten than anything else, though.

Why can't you answer my questions? (Because you don't know the answers).

"What great heights did Iowa reach under Fry that it didn't under Ferentz?" Michigan and Ohio State won the conference every year between 1968 and 1980. Fry ended that streak and won the conference three times total. Ferentz has yet to.

You're such a dipstick. Under Ferentz, Iowa has shared the conference title twice and would have won it outright last year if the championship game didn't exist, as it didn't in the Fry era.

Under Fry, Iowa shared the conference title twice and won it once outright.

You don't have a point. So thanks for clearing that up.
