The Google search I posted yields a pretty comprehensive list:

badjocks.com (BLOGS!) has been killing on this subject for years, way before espn or anybody else.

Contact the guy. Badjocks.com is the 800 pound gorilla of college hazing.

Women's soccer at Northwestern did some weird stuff (bondage with athletic tape) and posted photos on Webshots or something like that. That was around May 2005. Northwestern's swimming team and the mascots also got in trouble around the same time.

That list is missing my high school, and the shampoo bottle incidents in the boys basketball locker room.

EDIT: I take that back, but it's listed under the wrong year.

At Methodist University in North Carolina, some upperclass football players had a little too much fun on a freshman with a Sharpie marker in 2002 ...

Thanks for the help, ladies and gentlemen.

The school found them not guilty, and a hazing expert I was put in touch with essentially called BS on it.
Read our follow if you're interested.

    Thanks!

What a shocker. The "leaders" on the team don't think hazing took place. It's hazing, but pretty minor compared to getting a broomstick where you don't want it. I would say a 1 or 2 on a scale of 10 in seriousness.

JMO, but that seemed pretty damn tame, and wouldn't fit my personal definition of hazing.
