    We have a lineup:
Friday. April 15: Kings of Leon (down the bill, Interpol and your last two SNL guests, Black Keys and Cee-Lo Green).
Saturday, April 16: Arcade Fire (down the bill, the reunited Big Audio Dynamite and London Suede, and New Pornographers - great night for fans of Canuckistan divas).
Sunday, April 17: Kanye and the Strokes co-headlining (down the bill, Duran Duran, the National and P.J. Harvey).
No Stones or Pearl Jam, as had been rumored.
    Discuss.

I've seen The New Pornographers several time and Neko Case has got to be on the sexiest women on this planet.

Holy Shit! BAD and Suede are back? Are they putting out new music?

Now if only Bernard Sumner and Hooky could kiss and make up, we'd be all set.

I'm thinking about going. There are literally about 25 acts that interest me very much.

It's 20 years this summer since BAD II. Goddamn. That makes me feel old. And "Rush" is an awesome song.

Black Keys should be headlining over Kings of Leon.

  8. I'd like to see the Strokes, hope their new album is good. Never got to see them while touring for Is this It?/Room on Fire, so I've been yearning to see them for a while. New Broken Social Scene is also good and, of course, the new Arcade Fire stuff is excellent. Seems like a nice billing for the festival.

Hipster rock plus a few old-timers and middle of the road hip-hoppers. Woo hoo!

  10. I've done a couple "mid-sized" festivals (FreeFest 2010, Intonation/Pitchfork 2005) and although I'm in my late 20s, I feel I still have one big-time festival in me. I'd like to do Austin City Limits most, Gorge would be a lot of fun, too. Maybe Voodoo Fest in New Orleans. I became jaded about festivals until I went to FreeFest last year and it kind of reinvigorated me when it comes to doing a big festival.

The VIP ticket route is the only way to go. It's expensive, but well worth it to stay segregated from the dirty hippies.
