Please tell me this guy is actually just doing the parody of an anchor...

I just heard him utter the phrase "Come out to me, Claude" so he could go back on camera.

This is a primetime national newscast? This is what CNN thinks is quality?

I remember him from WSVN in Miami when I would go there for baseball.

If I remember correctly, he would open the 10PM newscast saying "OK, South Florida, let's do this".

    He's not gotten any better.

This is the same network that this morning chastised Jon Stewart for being "too hard" on McCain. Without a hint of irony.

The problem is, TV journalist is an oxy-moron.

Dec. 9, 1990 Sanchez ran over a guy outside Joe Robbie Stadium at the Eagles-Dolphins game. Left him in a chair, and he died a few years later.

Sanchez left the scene and went home.

When cops caught up with him, he said he had been drinking, allegedly because he was so distraught over what had happened. It seems obvious he was covering up that he had been drinking at the time of the accident.

On Nov. 7, 1991, he incredibly had the charges dropped. Barely anyone ever saw that news, though.

It was the same day Magic Johnson announced he had HIV.

Special place in hell for Sanchez.

Ms. Slappy and I were watching the news tonight and stopped on the CNN broadcast from KC... watched for about 30 seconds and she changed the channel. I asked why and her response was "because this guy is an asshole."

I saw Sunday's CNN 9p.m. newscast with him anchoring....Could he get anymore full of himself?

My worst nightmare -- Sanchez anchoring at the local level with Van Earl Wright doing sports. God Forbid!!!

Hadn't heard the hit and run story about him.....Doesn't help my opinion of him.
