    In the transcript that Post had that is that exact words the Police overheard Quest saying to his partner in the park . "Bite me Dools"

    I wasn't sure who this guy was either. But I googled his picture and recognized him instantly. He looks like the kind of guy who would wind up in Central Park with a rope tied to his nuts.
