CNN: Penn State emails suggest Paterno involved in cover up

    Fine, forget "proven", specifically what "report that Paterno called for it" were you referring to?

    That description was quite a leap based upon what we've been informed of thus far.

    I don't know how somebody could argue they didn't have a moral or ethical obligation to turn Sandusky in, but putting that aside for a minute, they did have a legal obligation as administrators and staff of a public institution, to turn him in.
