Larry King will be working there through 2010, or through his 77th birthday. Brilliant move, CNN. Guy has been washed up for five years now, at least.

Sorry, I thought Jimmy Carter was working for them.

Meanwhile, up on Black Rock, Katie Couric tries to find a way to unseat Deborah Norville from whatever job she has this month...

At least we know Little League umpires will be safe until then.

Isn't this kind of like the deal George Burns made to play the London Palladium on his 100th birthday? King is a legend certainly, but now the only interesting questions he asks of guests are those of ignorance and a lack of understanding. "So Marie, my wife tells me you have a son in rehab." "Mr. Craig, I understand you like singing with other men."

Larry King will never be the worst employee there so long as Lou Dobbs remains on the payroll.

Forget signing Larry King. I think he should be suspendered.
