CNN: Bush challenges opposition Congress on spending

    Great. A tax increase proposed by the left. Same old, same old like Mario Cuomo in USAT this morning.

    I DO agree, however, the line-item veto is needed. Too bad a previous ruling struck it down.

    Just roll back the tax cuts for the top 1%. That would actually make sense.
