CNHI furloughs....cue the tape.....

    Another round....so I hear. 10 quarters for you guys? I'm surprised it's not already on here but then I guess it's like, you're working this weekend.

    By my count, at the end of this year, we will be up to 50 furlough days since 2Q of 2009. That's 10 weeks over 2 3/4 years.

    From what I hear, it is basically permanent until they find a way to pay down their bad loans....you guys have proven that you can handle the load and adjust. Are they giving you raises?

    And your advertising people continue to make $50,000 to $60,000 and go without furloughs.

    So the official word came down on Friday, and it's now so routine the effing publisher doesn't even put out an email -- just tells the department heads to pass the word along. What a wonderful company.

    My knowledge is no....but it's been a bit since I was in that battle.

    Back in the day they made pretty fat bases and all you had to put up with was ad manager's blistering speeches...
