Professional Entry Test, to be specific. Wish me luck. I hope there are some questions about fantasy baseball. I've been studying for the upcoming draft as well as for this test (are you scared yet, fellow league members?).

If this doesn't work out, then I'm going to have to give Stormy Daniels another call about being her press secretary.

    Later.

Go get 'em, JD! If all else fails, talk about "position scarcity."

Break a leg, J_D. And don't sweat it.

Look, it's not like if you don't do well, they draft you into the Army and send you to Iraq. ... Or do they?

Is this a specific LA thing?

    Just curious.

Might be. I know the feds stopped giving civil service exams. I don't think Maryland's state government gives them out, but I might be mistaken in that regard.

EDIT: I Googled it a few minutes ago and the links I saw for the term Professional Entry Test came from Louisiana's state government, so most likely it is just for Louisiana.

    Yes. A state thing.

Just took the test. There is a reason for the expression "Warning: Journalist doing math." Ugh. But, it is done.

And I still don't know how fast that train that left Chicago had to travel to get to Memphis before Calipari goes on proabation.
