Bush: "Why is the punting team going onto the field?"

Offensive coordinator: "But sir, it's 4th-and-28, we're on our own 2-yard line, and we only have our third-team offense available because the first two units are out with injuries. Sir, we must punt here."

Bush: "Never! What kind of message will that send to our offense? Telling them we don't have faith in them? I will never do that. And just think how punting would embolden the other team. We're in this to win! We're going for it. Drop, er, I mean throw the bomb!"
