You had to love the police blotter for Chuck E. Cheese. My personal favorite was the elderly woman who threw her shoe at a guy because he was incensed when someone called his kid ugly.

Also love the quote from the cop, that there's a biker bar down the street where they rarely have to send the cops.

As a parent and infrequent frequenter of Chuck E. Cheese, this news comes as no shock whatsoever.

  3. As a parent and Chuck E. Cheese veteran, I'd like to say that it's a big damn upset that I didn't snap and start spraying folks with an Uzi.

Chuck E. Cheese: Our pizza is so bad, you'll want to break someone's nose.

Were it me, I would start with the very large, mechanized singing animals.

I would absolutely love to see a scene set in Chuck E Cheese in Tarantino's next flick.

By the way, kudos on the story. Great idea. Newspapers need to do more of this kind of stuff. Looking at trends -- particularly ironic ones! -- rather than covering meetings and shootings.

As a parent, I'm proud to say I NEVER took my boys to Chuck E. Cheese. And after reading that story, I was right all along. :)

"Some Chuck E. Cheeses have stopped serving alcohol."

    Where's the fun in that??

Man, no kidding. And this is in the Wall Street Journal. Outstanding.
