Choosing an airline (ugh!)...

    K, next question.

    Which is your favorite site for booking a flight? I've used Expedia and nwa.com in the past. It seemed like Orbitz was the same price as Expedia - any other choices out there?

    (I know I'm full of questions, but this whole flying thing has me creeped out.)

    if you do use a third-party site, make sure you check and double check the booking. i've seen too many people get screwed because the name was misspelled or the dates/times were wrong.

    If you can get the same or near the same price booking directly through the airline, you will save yourself some grief.

    But by all means, take the least layovers you can.

    Assuming price is the same, definitely book on the airline's site and not through a third party.
