Children of Men

So, anyone else gonna catch it?

I say there's nothing better to brighten my life than a dystopian movie that opens on Christmas Day.

The plot: This is the near future where the human race is slowing going extinct because all women are infertile, and there's an over-the-counter suicide pill if things get too tough. Merry fucking Christmas.

 

I bet Mal Moore cold use one of those right about now.

 

I'm staying out of those discussion threads. I've given up hope.

 

this came out in london a few months back--i thought it was ok though i'm not sure i feel comfortable recommending that you shell out 10 bucks to see it....it has netflix written all over it to be honest....

 

Unless you live in NY or LA, you won't have to worry about it on Christmas...it's opening in limited release for Oscar, for a week, then getting yanked.

But you can still go see Black Christmas on Dec. 25. And, no, it's not about Kwanzaa.

 

The movie looks interesting, but i'm sure i'll wait for video on this one.

 

Any swordfights in this movie?
