There was an incident at Angel Stadium a couple of years ago. I don't know the outcome, but I'm guessing the Angels took care of the kid.
They do a between-innings contest with one kid. They take him/her down the left-field line about halfway between third base and the foul pole. He/her runs against a clock. He/her has to run to third base, "steal" it (it's not secured) and run back to where he started. One kid was running hard. He started to stumble and fell hard on his side. He suffered a dislocated shoulder. He got up and finished, beating the timer to huge applause from the crowd. He was in obvious pain.

Sounds like the scrappy gamer type, are you sure it wasn't David Eckstein?

There are probably lawyers ready to line up around the block to handle your case. Holy shit. And if it were my kid, I'd have interviewed every one of them by now.

Echoing what the others said, get a lawyer.

Hell, yeah, run to a lawyer.

What if there were some kind of complications down the road? Got to document what happened and protect your daughter's well-being now and in the future. It was a dumb stunt, too, since they mixed adults and kids. And they let a drunk guy into the mix? Total fail.

Hope your daughter is fine. But you should lawyer up to assess your legal rights and enforce your claims.
