I'm looking for a part-time editorial assistant to help with the our high school sports coverage in one of the busiest and most competitive markets in the country. Work is primarily evenings and weekends, four or five nights a week (maximum 32 hours/week). We're making a huge commitment to our Internet coverage and need a smart, eager go-getter to help compile scores and highlights for both our print and Web editions. Right now, it's 100 percent office work -- taking calls, making calls, updating schedules and standings and so on. Some writing possible in the future, but I'm making no promises. Chicago-area candidates only, please.

Anyone interested should contact high school sports editor Chris Boghossian at cboghossian@tribune.com
