    He was on Fox and Friends this morning...

    I really like the show. It doesn't take itself too seriously and is a lot of fun.

    Reminds me of the kind of action shows I loved watching on Fridays and Saturdays as a kid. There is usually one scene or interaction that impresses me for its originality. Plus Kevin Hooks, who played Morris Thorpe on The White Shadow is the show runner.

    I think Tricia Helfer (6 on BSG) is trying to get in a guest appearance on every show on television, which is a good thing. Yum.

    First time I saw him, he was a depressing (and thankfully temporary) replacement for Matt Ashford as Jack Deveraux on "Days of Our Lives."
