Many people refer to Pennsauken as the Nashville of the North.

Hattie B's and a Yazoo is an amazing thing.

Several Yazoos will be consumed. That, I know.

Just decided I'm making Hattie B's chicken for the SB.

They're opening a Hattie B's in Birmingham this spring. Personally I'd rather trade it for a Demos but you take what you can get.

    Wasn't a Demo's fan, for some reason.

I was afraid of that. Only went to Bosco's once, but I loved that place.

Had real, honest-to-goodness hot chicken (at least I think it was) in Nashville last weekend. Acme Feed and Seed on Broadway. Got it in a sandwich and it was OK. Server told me it was a 4 on a scale of 1-10 for hotness. Now, the shrimp BLT I got with jalapeno bacon at The Southern on 3rd? Very good. So was the gumbo.

I'm not a fan of spicy chicken, which is why I need to be careful when I go to Bojangles.

On a semi-related note... Richmond is getting a Zaxbys and a... wait for it.... Publix.
