I grew up in Indiana and understood consent to be 17 although I never looked up the law. That's just what everyone said.

That said, I believe Indiana has a law against any coach/teacher having a sexual relationship with a student ... regardless of age.

 

Well, at least she made sure he was standing tall before the big game. Hey-o!

Seriously, is this an epidemic or is it getting reported more often? That's my question.

The article leaves out important facts -- other than coach cheerleading, what academic subjects did she teach at the school and was the basketball player a student in any of her classes this year or in the past.
