Just for the record: I watch, read, listen to nothing involving any of the Palins.

I guess that's why I wonder why they keep getting interviewed, keep showing up on magazine covers, keep having microphones put in their faces, keep getting invited onto TV shows, and just generally keep getting rewarded, etc., for...what?

Honestly, who really wants to hear from them, or cares what they have to say?

 

Reality TV stars. Pretty much 99 percent of them.

Almost all politicos outside of the Comedy Central lineup.

 

I'll second everyone who mentioned the Kardashians, the people from The Hills/Jersey Shore, and Lindsey Lohan. Also, I'm adding Perez Hilton, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, and Chris Berman.

Any and all sports-talk guys whose schtick requires them to yell at any point or devolve into giggling adolescence when the "on air" light goes on.

Celebrities I can do without. I don't care if it's Diana Princess of Wales, that octuplet mom, J.K. Rowling, Tiger Woods, Paris Hilton or Bristol Palin, when someone's ego outweighs their humility I completely lose interest. (Assuming I had any. If I didn't, the animosity grows.)

Anyone who seeks out media attention for themselves I can live without.

 

Spade earns a reprieve from me because of his Sprite(?) commercial airing now and the fact that I've found the archaic reference funny enough to go around saying "Negative, Ghost Rider" for days now.
