Jennifer Hudson gets her shot at immortality in Tampa.

 

After what she has been through, I think she is not going to choke.
Cuba Gooding Sr.'s effort was unbelieveable. The guy is the lead singer of the Main Ingredient and he could've done better.
The best rendition of the the Star-Spangled Banner that I haven't been able to find was by the late Grover Washington, Jr. Patti LaBelle did a great job during the World Series.

 

and on jennifer hudson, i am personally wishing her the best. she deserves it.

She's going to be incredible though.

 

While I am hoping Jennifer Hudson keeps the anthem pretty simple, the fact that she is willing to do this given what she has been through is a triumph in itself.

 

Hear. Hear. But remember she is a performer. She has to eat. This is what she does for a living. Her loved ones would've wanted her to continue on.
