Man, after watching him in college, I would have bet my house he'd end up being a viable pro. The guy just had an innate ability to make five yards out of nothing.

See, just because a player is getting paid top dollar to be a starter doesn't equate to him being the player that you expect him to be. Jones worked hard to be a starter. Benson thought he deserved to be the starter.

 

Good for the Bears for not putting up with thisshit but anyone who thnks Benson won't get sgned in the next few weeks is crazy.

Two DWIs doesn't even put him in the Top 20 among criminal pieces of shit in the NFL.

 

And most damningly, Jerry Angelo thought Benson deserved to be the starter.
