    Its just a phrase people use, like "how are you?" , "have a nice day". People use familiar phrases when the occasion calls for it. It means more to some than others. Its just a phrase. Dont take it so seriously/

    If you don't mean it, don't say it. It's disingenuous. That's why I don't bless anyone when they sneeze (few people if any are really blessing you when they do that, it's a reaction and nothing more) and I don't ask how they're doing unless I actually WANT to know how they're doing. Truth in interpersonal communiation.

    those are the same people who believe we faked the moon landing, castro's brother raul shot JFK and 9/11 was a conspiracy perpetrated by the state of israel.
