The thing I can't see outside of Dana Carvey's career is how is Bush I the target president of ridicule in this cartoon?

From the looks of that there cartoon, it looks like a now adult Beavis begat Cheney.

 

Government in general is a fuckup. He's just the lesser of two evils, or levels of stupidity. Bush is what he is. People like Che are hypocrites.

 

Ahh, I think it's time for that old maxim..."The Republicans are the party that says government doesn't work, and then they get elected and prove it."

Bush is a bumbler. Che is a hypocrite. At least you can trust a bumbler to bumble.

Come to think of it, I guess you can trust a hypocrite to be a hypocrite too. But you'll never know when the faucet valve of hypocrisy is on temporary shutdown.
