Now as a paying subscriber of the NYP (YAYAYAYAYAY!), I am completely on board with all its journalistic "practices."

 

I read the full story. I also noticed a nameline on the lower left side of the picture. too small to read online ...apparently a freelancer/papparazzi. I was joking about photoshop, not that the Post is above doing that.
And I must say I'm shocked that yet another politician lies about his finances.
And as I'm sure you know Boom, old Charlie has been caught in a few other less than truthful situations before.

 

I'm disappointed that the hed wasn't:

Rangel tried to give Obama $100K in PAC money last month. Obama told him to shove it up his ass.
