    I got some of that shit from the store, thinking it was the white cheese dip you get in restaurants. The shit didn't taste like it at all and had a crappy texture. I won't worry about this because I survived a small taste of that batch and won't get the shit anymore.

    I would hope that doesn't make it this far North, since I love queso fresco. Not that I've been eating any of it lately.
