    Interesting story on this guy in Times on Sunday. He put up provocative messages on his billboard outside Bar he owns outside of Pittsburgh.

    I thought this was about my relatives, who live in the Northeast and set their thermostat at *60*. These are not poor people trying to save money on heating costs, either.
