Damn, I wish I had $2,600 in life savings. I'm basically screwed if anything bad happens to me for the next little bit.

My go to carnival game was always the pinball horse derby. Figure somebody wins every go-round and you can trade up the more times you win.
Of course, all you get is a bigger horse.

And then there is the dime toss. Always went for the cool Coca-Cola glasses. Always ended up with the ashtrays. I was 10.

So he had $2,300 in cash at his house?

Why does it not surprise me that he was not keeping a savings account at the bank?

He lost the first amount, figured the game was rigged, went and got all his money, to prove it was rigged with the full intention of suing.

While the man didn't use an ATM to get his money, there still should be an ATM feature to stop something like this.

"Are you going to use this money for a carnival game? Press Yes or No."

Yeah, like the ATM machines located right next to the chip cage at most casinos that also provide cash advances on credit cards.

The sad thing is - the big stupid yellow thing is all the carnival needs to point to to prove that it isn't rigged. He obviously won at some point. Did the game change after that?

This does sound too wacky to be true. However, knowing how people can be sometimes, I know it's real.
