    Wow, that's interesting. Thanks for the history lesson, and I must say that I am glad to have computers and the like to make things easier.

    Manual typewriter? White out? The freakin blue DOS screen?? Anything? Can you call your mom, maybe she'll know....

    Next year will formally mark my 30th year "full-time" in the biz, though I started working as a correspondent for one or the other of the Nashville papers in 1975 or 1976.

    First game I covered, I carried a typewriter, yes sir.

    She's sleeping since you know...she's old and all, turns 55 in a month. You will be reassured to know that I know about white out and DOS.
