No PBP guy, aside from Buck, has ever offered so much unwarranted commentary over the course of a game.

He sucks about 10 times worse on radio.

So, how long do we have to wait for Sterling to go?

I always kinda liked him. But I've been known to have awful taste.

Chip is pleasant enough to be around. I found him to be very personable. As a broadcaster? No thanks. Aside from the malaprops, he acts like he's some sort of gatekeeper for the game, assuming an entitlement to which he is not entitled. That, and his style is much more suited to Chicago than Atlanta. The Cubs can have him back. Nothing good has happened with the Braves since he arrived.

I actually liked him when he was with the cubs doing games with Steve stone. Haven't really listened to him since he went to tbs though as I don't watch many braves games. Too bad he has apparently fallen as far as he has.
